😋 Currently Snacking On: Fries from P-Terry's

The rollout for Houstonia's fusion food package is in full swing. Through months of research, the team and I have found that the term isn't just a fad but a way of life. Take Houston spots like Oporto and Da Gama, dreamt up by Rick Di Virgilio and Shiva Patel. The restaurants represent what it means to indulge in a cuisine that can be traced back to a seamless blend of various cultures. And while some may say its just a product of history, others feel it's something new altogether. Something more Houstonian.
